Right of Withdrawal for Food Orders

Please note that, pursuant to Italian law and the European Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal for food orders is limited.

 For perishable goods, such as fresh food delivered via our delivery service, the following applies:

No right of withdrawal for perishable foods: Foods that spoil rapidly or have an imminent expiration date are not subject to the general right of withdrawal. This means that you will not be able to cancel or return your order once delivery has taken place.

No right of withdrawal for sealed products: If the food you ordered was delivered sealed, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as you remove the seal. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of these products after the seal has been opened.

 Please understand that, due to the nature of our products (perishable goods), we cannot accept returns or cancellations after shipment.
